Beth Froelich focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and family law, with an emphasis on guardian ad litem matters. She has been an associate with Rohde Dales since 1992 and currently works on a part-time basis. Beth serves as a guardian ad litem for minors and incompetent parties in divorce, juvenile and guardianship cases and also provides counsel in all aspects of estate planning, including wills and trusts, durable and health care powers of attorney and guardianships. She has served as a board member for Children's Service Society and Hearthside of Sheboygan, Inc., and as a mock trial coach and participates in numerous other civic activities. Mike Vowinkel has
a diverse legal background, having practiced as a solo-practitioner in
Sheboygan Falls for 20 years before associating with Rohde Dales in 1991.
Since 1999, Mike has focused his practice in the areas of family law,
estate administration , and estate planning, while continuing to serve the broader needs
of clients who have followed him from his solo practice. Mike’s
35 years of experience in Sheboygan County are a valuable asset to the
clients of Rohde Dales. Mike enjoys all forms of outdoor recreation, especially cross country skiing, biking, hunting and fishing. He has been involved with Boy Scouts in many capacities his entire life. Mike has also served as a director of many community organizations in Sheboygan County. Stephanie Waldon is
a member of Rohde Dales’ Family Law and Litigation Teams. In addition
to her focus on litigation, divorce, and post-divorce, Stephanie has
a strong interest in child advocacy, and she is a qualified guardian ad
litem. Stephanie started as an associate with Rohde Dales in 2006. She
gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the firm during her years
in law school giving her a heightened awareness of the practical side
of the law and serving the needs of her clients. Ryan Zinkel practices
in the areas of estate administration and trust administration, estate planning, and
real estate transactions. He has been an associate with Rohde Dales since
2005. He received his law degree and undergraduate degree from UW-Madison
and is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Sheboygan County Bar
Association, and the Sheboygan County Estate Planning Council. Ryan is an active member of the Sheboygan Jaycees and serves on the Sheboygan Jaycees Board of Directors. Ryan likes to spend his free time running, biking and cheering on University of Wisconsin Badger athletics teams.
