Dick
Binder focuses his
practice in areas of law which require negotiation and litigation skills:
family law, employment law and personal injury. Dick leads the Rohde
Dales family law team, which has developed a reputation for compassionate
representation of clients in times of their greatest need. He has been
practicing since 1974, joining Rohde Dales in 1986 and becoming a partner
of the firm in 1991. Dick has been involved in many civic activities, having served as a member and president of the Mead Public Library Board of Trustees, a member of the Red Cross Board of Directors and a member of the Hmong Mutual Assistance Board of Directors. Dick has coached several Sheboygan area high schools in the Wisconsin Mock Trial competition, winning state championships with Sheboygan South High School in 1998 and 1999. Dick’s personal interests include bicycling, reading, and watching and playing baseball. He is the long-time sponsor of “Dick’s Law Office” in the Plymouth Softball Association.
