David Gass’ experience includes counseling business clients in a wide variety of areas, including business organizations and planning, non-compete agreements, various types of contract review and drafting, sales and acquisitions and general business counseling. He also is experienced in counseling business clients regarding various creditors’ rights issues. David has been with Rohde Dales since 1981, becoming a partner of the firm in 1986.

PROFESSIONAL AND CIVIC ACTIVITIES Currently serves on the Sheboygan Industrial Development Commission (Chairman), City of Sheboygan Redevelopment Authority and the City of Sheboygan Municipal Court Commission and has served on the City of Sheboygan Plan Commission, The City of Sheboygan Parks & Forestry Board, the Sheboygan Special Marina Committee and, the City of Sheboygan Sesquicentennial Committee.

He has been involved in several community organizations over the years, including the Sheboygan Jaycees (Past President), Big Brothers and Big Sisters (Past Director), Visiting Nurse Association (Past President), Sheboygan Memorial Health Foundation (Past Director), Sheboygan Area United Way (Past President), Optimist International (Past Vice-President and Past Chairman of Governance Committee); Lakeshore Technical College Paralegal Program (Instructor), and currently serves in the following organizations: Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce (Director); Junior Achievement of Sheboygan County (Director); University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan Foundation (Director and Past President); RCS Empowers, Inc. (Director and Past President); Camp Evergreen Corporation (President); Lutheran High School (Director); Sheboygan Country Club, Inc. (Secretary). He is also a member and past President of the Sheboygan Noon Optimist Club and Chairman of the Leadership Development Counsel and Optimist International.
